Using the site

You may read our guides, use the search and booking tools, listen to and share our shows, and link to us freely. You may quote a reasonable extract from our content with attribution and a link back to the page or episode.

You may not: republish whole guides, episodes or transcripts as your own; re-upload our audio to another feed or platform; use our content to train a commercial model without permission; scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people; or use the site for anything unlawful.

Booking and third-party providers

Paris2Tokyo is a search-and-compare service. We are not a travel agency, airline, hotel, tour operator or car-rental company, and we are not the merchant of record for any booking. When you choose an option you leave our site and book directly with the relevant provider (or its booking partner), and that reservation is a contract between you and them, governed by their terms and privacy policy.

Prices, availability and details are supplied by those partners and can change at any time; the final price and conditions are the ones shown by the provider at the moment you book. We are not responsible for the products, services, bookings, payments, changes, cancellations or refunds handled by third parties. Some links are affiliate links — see our disclosure.

Intellectual property

The Paris2Tokyo name, logo, show titles, artwork, audio, guides and written content are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing here transfers any ownership to you.

Accuracy and travel information — please read this one

Our guides and shows are general information, not professional travel, legal, medical, financial, immigration or safety advice.

Travel details change constantly: prices, exchange rates, opening hours, visa rules, transport routes, safety conditions and local laws can all change without notice, and our content reflects the information available when it was published. Always verify time-sensitive, financial, legal or safety-critical information with official sources — the relevant government, embassy, operator or your own government’s travel advisory — and confirm the final price and terms with the provider before you book.
